Purchases from Denture Medics
The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Denture Medics website.
These conditions set out the agreement between you and Dinamo Ltd (‘we’/’us’/’our’), using the trading names Denture Medics and CosTech under license from Dentalserve.net Ltd, company number 03891771. Dinamo Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 07721290 having its registered office at 1 Overcliffe, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0EF.
Information on this website
Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions and details, including prices, displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. Details may be updated from time to time and are subject to change. You must ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected. All products and services advertised are subject to availability.
Ordering
The information displayed on this website, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement. When you place an order via this website for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the goods and/or services selected.
We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If your requested service is unavailable, we reserve the right to return any items supplied to us. Confirmation of received orders will be sent to the email address supplied by you when the order was placed.
Despite our best efforts, occasionally products in our online shop may be incorrectly priced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our despatch procedures. If we discover a pricing error, or there is a change in price before despatch, we will contact you to reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
You may cancel an order placed with Denture Medics provided that we have not yet begun work on the supplied items, in this case a full refund less the cost of return postage will be issued.
Our Website is only intended for use by customers resident in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (the United Kingdom).
We may, in our sole discretion, accept orders for goods from individuals located outside the United Kingdom and ship them overseas. If we accept your order, you will be liable to pay for all and any additional costs that we incur in order to facilitate your order, such as (without limitation) extra shipping or postage costs, import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will have an opportunity to cancel your order in case the additional costs are not acceptable.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Law
Any contracts formed between you and us via this website will be deemed to have been made in the UK and shall be governed and construed according to English law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Delivery & Charges
We can only deliver to a valid UK address unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. The products will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process which may be an address other than the billing address.
Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed. There are certain circumstances where your order may be delayed:
Orders received immediately prior to the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be despatched after the holiday period. Please allow time for postage.
Any unforeseen stock shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of any delay.
Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery.
If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order. The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.
We employ professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine the goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must examine the goods before signing for it.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products and/or services ordered plus any applicable delivery charges.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Paypal, Visa/Visa Debit, Mastercard & Maestro.
Payment will be taken from you when the order is placed.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Guarantees & Refunds
Repairs to removable appliances should be considered as temporary and we advise clients to see their dentist regarding the break at their earliest opportunity. Due to their nature, guarantees are not offered on repairs to removable appliances.
Refunds will only be offered in the event that the instructions regarding the repair were not followed correctly and we are reasonably satisfied that the goods have not suffered damage after delivery or in the case of faulty items, the items have not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions and the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.
We will not refund any delivery charges you may have paid when ordering goods from our website.
In order to claim a refund or speak to us regarding missed instructions please contact us as soon as you become aware of a problem and no later than 10 working days after receipt or the fault developing by email to [email protected] [email protected] or a letter to Dinamo Ltd, 1 Overcliffe, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0EF, United Kingdom. Your notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the goods, a brief description of the problem, fault or damage and your order reference number.
Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will contact you to discuss a solution.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or to recover the cost in the event that the goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the goods have not been returned with its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that items are lost while in possession of the Denture Medics team, any compensation will be limited to the value of the order placed.
Processing refunds
We will examine any returned goods and will notify you about your refund or replacement item via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process a refund or delivery of a replacement item as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to it. Refunds will be made by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the goods.
